Meet Virginia: Creator. Mentor. Explorer.
Or, in slightly more practical terms: industrial marketer, consultant and AI Solutions Architect.
Before I begin any project, I learn how the business works from the people who know it best and what its audience actually needs from them.
That is where my work begins.
For over a decade, I have worked with founders and leaders in heavy industrial B2B sectors, including cement, mineral processing and refractories, among others. Communication in these environments requires technical precision and cross-team coordination.
Through Brieffin, I integrate industrial marketing, behavioral communication and applied AI. I study how businesses think and operate to improve workflows and organize knowledge. When a task benefits from an AI agent, I design one for that specific purpose.
Deep research and process optimization have expanded my work beyond digital communication into how teams make decisions and preserve institutional knowledge. AI-assisted workflows and agentic systems synthesize complex data, document procedures and maintain consistency in cognitively demanding tasks.
The same mindset guides everything else I do: careful observation followed by continuous improvement.
The context changes. The method stays.
Consulting for how marketing work gets done
-
We review how marketing currently works: strategy, content production, internal knowledge flows, digital channels and the processes connecting them.
For industrial B2B companies, this involves working with marketing, technical, sales and R&D teams to connect business goals with market requirements and audience behavior.
The work includes digital marketing strategy, content systems, channel planning, behavioral communication, internal workflows and fractional CMO support.
The purpose is a marketing structure that teams can operate consistently and adapt as requirements change.
-
We identify where AI supports existing marketing, internal and collaborative communication processes, then design the workflows and agents required for those tasks.
This includes knowledge management, research processes, content production, documentation, information retrieval, internal coordination and recurring commercial tasks.
Agentic AI is introduced at process level. We define the task, information sources, instructions, human review points and relationship with existing tools before implementation.
The result can range from a focused GPT-based agent to a connected AI-assisted workflow used by several teams.

Training is built around the work teams actually need to perform.
Digital marketing sessions cover content development, channel use, audience behavior and the coordination of technical knowledge between marketing and specialist teams.
AI training focuses on practical use of GPT-based agents and AI-assisted workflows, including research, documentation, content processes, knowledge management and human review.
Sessions can be developed for marketing, engineering, R&D, technical sales and other teams involved in the process. When training follows an AI implementation, teams learn directly from the workflows and agents created for their organization.
